This page is designed for creating and editing groups.

	To create a new group, press this button on the tools panel at the top.
	To edit a group, press a button to the right of the group.
	To delete group(s), press a button to the right of the group or select all necessary groups using the flag marks on the left and press this button on the tools panel at the top.
				Use these buttons to transfer between pages.
